How to use this dashboard
A live view of Adamsbridge's workforce — who is here, who is joining, who is leaving and how hiring is going — built from the Employee records and the Recruitment Team Master Tracker. Every number is calculated from those two sources; where something cannot be calculated honestly it shows "—".
  1. Start on Org Health Check. The top card lists what is flagged this week.
  2. Use the question finder below to jump straight to the tab and card that answers what you are asking.
  3. Slice with the filters at the top of each tab — the table below explains how they behave.
Assumptions & indicators — why a number is red, amber or green
Generated from the same numbers the dashboard uses, so it can never disagree with it.

How to slice and dice the data
DepartmentOrg Health Check, Manager Health and Diversity share one Department dropdown — pick it once and all three follow. Org Snapshot, Attrition, Capacity Mix, Dept Health and Talent Acquisition each have their own.
BU HeadThe BU Head dropdown next to Department (on Org Health Check, Org Snapshot, Attrition, Manager Health, Diversity, Capacity Mix and Dept Health) filters the whole dashboard to that BU Head's people. The dropdowns stay in sync. Talent Acquisition has its own BU Head filter. The By BU Head view on Attrition and the heatmap grouping always show everyone side by side.
Org ChartHas its own filters: View by (Department or BU Head), Department, BU Head and Layout (chart or list). It does not follow the BU Head filter on other tabs, and it shows active and notice-period people only.
Year and MonthOn Attrition, the Year and Month in the filter bar change every table, KPI and card on that tab. Choose "All months" for the full year. On Org Snapshot, Year and Month rebuild the whole page as the organisation stood at that month-end (Year only means 31 Dec); "Today" shows the latest.
TopicOrg Snapshot has a Topic dropdown under the filters: choose one section (Headcount, Growth, Structure, Location & Gender, Qualifications, Employee Satisfaction Survey) or All topics. Department, BU Head, Year and Month still apply.
ViewAttrition and Talent Acquisition have a View dropdown that switches the page between sections without changing your filters. Nothing is hidden for good — it is one dropdown click away.
Colour badgesAny coloured badge with a dotted underline can be clicked for the exact numbers behind that reading.
Compare periodsAttrition → Overview compares this year with last year for the same months, and the Manager-wise card does the same per manager.
Missing dataA "—" always means the figure could not be calculated honestly. Nothing is estimated.
Tab by tab — open any tab for what is on it, how to filter it and what to look at first
Insights (inside Org Health Check)The whole dashboard read out in plain lines, section by section. Last section of Org Health Check.
What is on it
  • Press Get insights for observations on Overall picture, Workforce, Attrition, Employee survey, Structure, Capacity and Hiring.
  • Each line is calculated from the live numbers by fixed rules (no AI, nothing leaves the dashboard) and links to the tab behind it.
  • Red and amber dots mark a number outside the rules; green is inside them; grey is for information.
How to slice and dice
  • Department and BU Head dropdowns; the read-out regenerates for the slice.
What the rules are
  • A month is flagged when exits are at least 1.5 times the previous 11-month average (and at least 3 higher).
  • A department is flagged when its 12-month exits are at least 1.3 times the overall share of headcount and at least 3 points higher (departments of 30 or more people).
  • Exit concentration is flagged when the top three departments' share of exits is 10 points above their share of headcount.
  • Early exits are flagged at 20% or more of leavers within 90 days.
  • Managers, capacity and hiring lines use the rules already listed in this guide.
HomeThe landing page — headline numbers and a doorway to every tab.
What is on it
  • Headline workforce numbers and a plain-words summary, including the ESAT 2026 survey result once it has loaded.
  • What is flagged this week.
  • Six cards that open every tab, grouped by the question they answer.
What to look at first
  • The flags, then open the card that matches your question.
Assumptions & IndicatorsWhy a number is red, amber or green, and what each indicator shows.
What is on it
  • Span of control — the limit assumed for each role and department, and group-specific limits.
  • Colours — how green, amber and red are decided.
  • Key indicators — what every number measures, its thresholds and where it appears.
What to look at first
  • Use the View dropdown; every rating link ("How is this rated?") lands here.
Org Health CheckStart here — one health score, and what is flagged this week.
What is on it
  • What needs a look this week — every currently flagged signal, pulled from the other tabs.
  • Leadership heatmap — red/amber/green signals per department, or switch "Group by" to BU Head to compare every BU Head.
  • Overall health score with red/amber/green by department and manager.
  • Women in leadership (Level 5 and above).
  • Performance and Bonus ratings, one cycle at a time.
  • Performance × Attrition — are leavers high or low performers.
  • Leadership heatmap and a department deep-dive.
How to slice and dice
  • BU Head dropdown next to Department — filters the whole dashboard to that BU Head.
  • Department dropdown (shared with Manager Health and Diversity) — pick once, all three follow.
  • Year dropdown — changes the period the score and exit signals use.
  • Rating type (Performance / Bonus) on the ratings card.
What to look at first
  • The coloured score tiles and the "What needs leadership attention" cards.
  • Click any dotted-underline badge to see the exact numbers behind that colour.
Employee survey (ESAT 2026)
  • The last section on this tab follows the shared Department filter: headline survey numbers, lowest statements, most chosen improvements, and improvements against exit reasons.
  • With Overall selected, a table lists every survey group side by side.
How it's worked outThe score blends seven things equally: whether headcount is growing or shrinking, how much voluntary attrition there is, whether managers have too many people reporting to them, how performance ratings look this cycle versus last, how many people hold a real senior leadership title relative to the size of the workforce, and — among people who left this year — two separate reads on how soon they left: within their first 3 months (often a hiring or onboarding mismatch) and between 3 months and a year (often a manager, team, or compensation issue instead). If there isn't enough real data for a piece — most often performance ratings for a small department — it's left out rather than guessed, and the score is based on whichever of the others actually have data.
Org SnapshotWho is here today — headcount, mix and growth.
What is on it
  • Headcount by employment category (Permanent, Contract, Probation and others), colour-coded.
  • Month-on-month headcount growth and growth by join year.
  • Headcount by department, level, location, gender and qualification.
  • Senior leadership ratio and Chennai vs Coimbatore map.
  • Active headcount by Project.
  • Headcount by BU Head.
How to slice and dice
  • Department and BU Head at the top — every card on the tab follows them.
  • Year and Month next to them rebuild the whole page as the organisation stood at that month-end (Year only = 31 Dec). "Today" is the latest.
  • Topic on the second row shows one section at a time (Headcount, Growth, Structure, Location & Gender, Qualifications, Employee Satisfaction Survey) or All topics.
  • Location card shows people not on either map pin so totals always add up.
Employee survey (ESAT 2026)
  • Topic 6 shows responses, favourable %, intent to stay, would-recommend, the lowest and highest statements, results by area and by tenure.
  • It also lines up what employees want improved against why people left in the last 12 months, and groups the open comments into themes.
  • It follows Department; it is not shown for a past Year/Month or when a BU Head is selected, because the survey is reported by department.
What to look at first
  • Total headcount tile and the Permanent / Contract / On probation tiles beside it.
  • Month-on-month growth — real joins minus real exits, nothing projected.
How it's worked outEvery monthly figure is real: someone only counts as part of a month's headcount if they'd actually joined by then and hadn't yet left. Nothing is projected forward or smoothed.
Org ChartWho reports to whom — by Department or by BU Head.
What is on it
  • A reporting tree for every group, built from the ReportingManager column.
  • Each group shows people, managers, layers, top-level people and anyone serving notice.
  • Beside every manager: direct reports and total team size inside the group.
How to slice and dice
  • View by — Department or BU Head.
  • Department and BU Head — each narrows the other; choose one group to see its tree open straight away.
  • Click a group, then a name, to open the team. Expand all opens every level of a group.
How to read itPeople at the top of a group report to someone outside it; that manager is shown beside their name. "No manager recorded" and "not found in active staff" are data gaps, not judgements. This tab has its own filters and ignores the BU Head filter on other tabs.
Reports: Org chart PDFDownload an org chart as a PDF.
What is on it
  • A drawn reporting tree with a preview, ready to download as a PDF you can zoom into.
  • Boxes show name, designation, level, direct reports and team size; people serving notice have an amber border.
How to slice and dice
  • Department, BU Head (Service Delivery), Project and Location — each narrows the others, and the chart redraws straight away.
  • Level from / Level to — for example From L7 for managers and above, or From L1 To L1 for entry level only; people outside the range are skipped and their reports move up to the next person shown.
  • Team of — draw one manager's team. Reporting layers — how many layers to draw; if too wide for one page it shows the most that fit.
  • One page for each — Department, BU Head or Location, for a multi-page PDF.
AttritionWho has left, when, from where — and whether it is getting better or worse.
What is on it
  • This year vs last year, month by month — voluntary exits and rate, with the change.
  • Manager-wise exits — this year vs same period last year.
  • Project-wise exits — from September 2026, the first month project details exist.
  • Monthly, YTD and Annualised tables, early (under 90 days) attrition, junior early-leavers.
  • Views: Overview, By Department, By Manager, Who Left (names, dates, reasons, notice served), By BU Head (scorecard plus BU Head × Department split), By Location (scorecard, month-by-month exits and Location × Department split), Backfill Gap.
How to slice and dice
  • Department, Year and Month in the filter bar apply to the entire tab.
  • View dropdown switches between Overview / By Department / By Manager / Who Left / By BU Head / By Location / Backfill Gap — the filter stays put.
  • BU Head dropdown next to Department narrows the whole dashboard to one BU Head.
  • Project table follows Department only (project data is not available for older exits).
What to look at first
  • Red ▲ rows in the year-over-year table = more exits than last year.
  • Who Left view for the named list of leavers and people serving notice.
How it's worked outReal exits, divided by the real average headcount for that same period — never an estimate. The backfill comparison shows exactly three numbers: how many people left, how many replacement roles were actually requested, and the plain difference between them — no assumptions about whether other hiring might secretly be covering the gap.
Manager HealthWhich managers are overloaded, losing people, or have a structural gap.
What is on it
  • Span-of-control chart and average span by department.
  • Retention risk — managers whose team members are serving notice right now.
  • Senior (Level 5+) and junior (Level 1–4) manager tables with span, retention, absconding and early-exit signals together.
  • "Missing Team Lead layer" — managers directly managing individual contributors.
  • Managers whose level is not recorded, and ratings by manager.
  • A BU Head column on every manager table and on the retention-risk card.
How to slice and dice
  • Department dropdown (shared with Org Health Check and Diversity).
  • Tables are sorted worst-first: structural gaps, then red, amber, green.
  • Click a coloured badge for the numbers behind it.
What to look at first
  • The Retention risk card for who is leaving soon.
  • The red and amber rows at the top of each manager table.
How it's worked outAnyone who appears as someone's reporting manager is included, at every level — first-line managers and managers of managers alike. Open roles are matched by name against the recruitment tracker, so a manager whose name doesn't match exactly simply shows no figure rather than a guessed one.
DiversityGender balance across levels and departments, and whether attrition differs.
What is on it
  • Gender balance by seniority — where the pipeline narrows.
  • Gender balance by department.
  • Male vs Female attrition, including early exits by level.
  • Top exit reasons, Male vs Female.
  • Gender and attrition by BU Head — women and men, voluntary exits and exit rates per BU Head.
How to slice and dice
  • Department dropdown (shared with Org Health Check and Manager Health).
What to look at first
  • Seniority chart for the drop-off between levels.
  • Exit reasons card for why women leave.
How it's worked outLevels are grouped by rank rather than raw level codes, since codes differ by department but rank is comparable company-wide. Attrition rates use the same real, average-headcount method as the rest of the dashboard — split by gender.
Reports: Department health reportA shareable department report you can preview and download.
What is on it
  • Yearly or Monthly report for one department.
  • Headcount, attrition with explainer, leadership density and a live hiring snapshot.
  • A "What employees said (ESAT 2026)" block: survey numbers for the department and its improvements against exit reasons.
  • Recommended-action notes for the department, including one when a theme is in both the survey top 5 and the exit top 5.
How to slice and dice
  • Department dropdown.
  • Report: Yearly or Monthly, and a Month dropdown for the monthly report.
  • Download PDF button — what you preview is what downloads.
What to look at first
  • Use this when you need a clean document for a leadership review or board update.
How it's worked outBuilt from the exact same calculations as the live tabs — nothing is recalculated differently just because it's going into a document. What you preview on screen is exactly what downloads.
Capacity MixBillable delivery staff versus management layers — is the pyramid right-shaped?
What is on it
  • Needed vs actual Team Leads, Assistant Managers, Managers and above for billable teams.
  • Gap at each level against the healthy-span ratios.
How to slice and dice
  • Department dropdown (billable verticals only).
  • Project dropdown to narrow to one project.
What to look at first
  • Levels flagged as short or above need, noting small teams (under 20) are never flagged.
How it's worked out
Talent AcquisitionHiring demand, open positions, ageing, sources and the recruitment funnel.
What is on it
  • Executive TA Health — headline hiring KPIs and leadership attention.
  • Demand & Pipeline — open positions by BU head and role, ageing buckets (shown only here), pipeline against each open requirement, recruiter performance.
  • TA Performance — source mix, new vs backfill, funnel.
  • Detailed Tables — offer to join.
How to slice and dice
  • View dropdown at the top switches the four views.
  • Joins KPI period (year and month).
  • In Demand & Pipeline: Raised-in (quarter or month), BU Head, Department, Location, Hiring Manager and Recruiter filters.
What to look at first
  • Leadership attention on Executive TA Health.
  • Open requirements with no active pipeline, in Demand & Pipeline.
How it's worked outOpen positions account for everyone already accepted or in documentation, not just headcount targets — so "open" genuinely means unclaimed by anyone yet. Ageing is weighted by how many real people a role represents, not just how many requisition rows exist.
Reference — assumptions and thresholdsHow every red, amber and green is decided. Open when you want the rule behind a colour.
Every rule below drives a real color you'll see somewhere on this dashboard. Where a rule comes from an external, named source, that's stated — where it's a working default this dashboard set rather than an independently sourced figure, that's stated too, plainly, not dressed up as more authoritative than it is. Wherever you see a colored badge with a dotted underline, you can click it for the specific real numbers behind that exact reading, for that exact person or department — not just the general rule.
Manager span of control
Team LeadAgreed structure: 10 to 12 production team members. Green up to 12, amber 13 to 15, red 16 or more. Group-specific interim limits (for example Balaji Loganathan's group, 20) are listed on the Assumptions & Indicators page.
Assistant ManagerAgreed maximum of 25 direct reports, including 2 Team Leads. Green up to 25, red above 25. Production and SME-level people reporting directly are expected here, so they are not a structural gap.
Manager, Senior ManagerRated on the whole team beneath them (all levels): Manager about 50 (green up to 50, amber 51 to 60, red above 60), Senior Manager about 100 (green up to 100, amber 101 to 120, red above 120). The amber band is a working tolerance on "about".
Subject Matter Expert, Senior Analyst (Insurance Summarization)An SME is an individual-expert role, so any report is flagged. In Insurance Summarization, Senior Analysts with people reporting to them are rated on the Team Lead limits (green up to 12, amber 13 to 15, red above 15).
Director, VP and aboveNot rated on span size. Real direct-report and team size are still shown as plain numbers.
"Doing a lower role" flagA separate signal from span size. For a Manager, Senior Manager or above, having individual contributors reporting directly (with no Assistant Manager or Team Lead between) is flagged on its own. An Assistant Manager with production-level people directly is expected and not flagged.
Capacity mix (billable vs. management)Scoped to the real billable verticals only (Accounting, Insurance Summarization, MRC, Lease Abstraction, Legal Services). For the real billable individual-contributor headcount, how many of each level (Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Manager, and so on) are actually needed — computed independently at each rung straight from the base headcount, using the agreed structure (12 production members per Team Lead, 2 Team Leads per Assistant Manager, 2 Assistant Managers per Manager, 2 Managers per Senior Manager) — compared against how many we actually have. Each rung's "needed" number is not chained off the real, actual count at the rung below, so a real gap at one level doesn't quietly distort what "needed" looks like further up. A rung is only ever flagged as having more than needed once the real base headcount is at least 20 people — a small or newly-formed team is never flagged just because its raw numbers look distorted.
Attrition and exits
What counts as a real exitOnly people whose status has actually reached "Inactive." Someone "Serving Notice Period" is still working today and still counts as active headcount everywhere else on this dashboard — so their exit doesn't count until it's actually happened, even if a future last-working-date is already on file.
Voluntary attrition rateGreen under 8%, amber 8-15%, red above 15%. Counts voluntary exits only — people who left on their own, not people let go — since the two call for different action. Used consistently everywhere this rate is shown: Attrition tab, Org Health Check, Manager Health, Dept Health.
Immediate exits (under 3 months)Green under 25% of that period's exits, amber 25-50%, red above 50%. Usually points to a hiring or onboarding mismatch, not a management issue. This is the threshold used on Org Health Check, Manager Health, and the Attrition tab's junior-exit card — see the separate Diversity entry below for one place this number is currently different. The Attrition tab also carries a dedicated Monthly / YTD / Annualised table for this same under-90-day group, built with the same real mechanics as the main attrition table above it — the rate is against the whole month's average headcount, not just that month's new joiners.
Early-tenure exits (3 months to a year)Same green/amber/red bands as immediate exits above, but a genuinely different signal — often points to a manager, team, or compensation issue instead of a hiring mismatch.
AbscondingGreen at zero cases, amber at exactly one, red at two or more, per manager.
Total exits this month (Attrition tab KPI)Red above 15 real exits, amber at 15 or fewer. This one is binary — there's no green state for this specific KPI card.
"New Requirement" (Backfill vs. Exits table)Green at zero, amber if 1 or 2 real exits have no matching backfill request yet, red above 2.
Diversity
Gender-specific immediate / early-tenure exitsCurrently different from the main version above: green under 20%, amber 20-40%, red above 40%, rather than the 25%/50% used everywhere else these two signals appear. This inconsistency is real, not a documentation gap — it's flagged here honestly rather than hidden, and is worth a decision on whether the Diversity tab should be brought in line with the rest of the dashboard.
Talent Acquisition
Real Avg Time to FillA genuine measurement, not an estimate: real days from a specific requisition's real Req received date to a specific candidate's real DOJ, for every candidate in the Final Select Candidates Sheet whose Candidate Status is "Joined." Different from the source-to-DOJ figure shown elsewhere on this dashboard, which is a proxy based on when sourcing began, used only because Base Sheet itself has no reliable requisition-linked date at all.
When hiring is called outCalled out only when there is no traction: open positions in a department where no candidate has cleared L1 (with how many are at L1), requisitions with no candidate pipeline at all, offers accepted more than 60 days ago without joining (notice periods of 60 to 90 days are normal), and hiring pace below 20% over 6 months. Good hiring pace is not called out.
Active pipeline per requisitionRed at zero real candidates in active pipeline for that role, amber under 3, green at 3 or more.
Open positions vs. real demand (Org Health Check)Green if nothing is open (fully staffed against target), red if open positions exceed 60% of total real demand (Target), amber in between.
Other signals
Retention RiskGreen under 5% of a manager's current team on notice, amber 5-10%, red above 10%. Forward-looking — a different question from attrition, which is who's already gone.
Leadership DensityGreen under 5% of a population holding a real VP, AVP, Senior Manager, Director, or Head title, amber 5-10%, red above 10%.
Workforce growthGreen if net headcount change is positive, amber -5% to 0%, red below -5%.
Good performers lost (Org Health Check)Among that cycle's rated voluntary leavers, red if 50% or more were rated 4 or higher (the standard India-market bar for "exceeds expectations" on a 5-point scale), amber if 25% or more, green otherwise. A different question from the attrition rate — this asks whether the people leaving were the people worth keeping.
Reference — a few things worth knowingVoluntary vs involuntary exits, Monthly / YTD / Annualised, how filters carry across tabs.
Voluntary vs. involuntary exitsAttrition rates on this dashboard count voluntary exits only — the standard HR convention, since people who leave on their own and people who are let go call for different action. If an exit's type wasn't recorded, it's left out of the rate rather than guessed either way.
Monthly, YTD, and Annualised attritionThese are three different, real ways of reading the same underlying exits — not three separate opinions. The Attrition tab and the Insights reports both include a short table explaining exactly how each is worked out and when to use which one.
Filters carry across tabsWhere you see a "Department" dropdown, it applies to Org Health Check, Manager Health, and Diversity together — pick a department once, and all three stay in sync.

2Leadership & Performance Signal
Women in leadership — Level 5 and above
Performance & Bonus ratings — one cycle at a time, never combined
Uses the department and year filters at the top of this tab — no separate controls here. Coverage is genuinely partial and gets thinner for older cycles — the chart excludes unrated people entirely rather than treating a missing rating as zero. Plotted by percentage of that cycle's own rated population, not raw count — that's what makes the current and previous cycle genuinely comparable, since they can have very different total numbers of people rated. Real counts are still shown in each label.

Headcount by BU Head
Headcount by level
Aggregated by level rank rather than raw level code — a manager's actual level text (e.g. "L3-ACC") is department-specific, but the rank number is comparable company-wide.

Capacity Mix — billable delivery staff vs. management layers
Do we have the right mix of people at each level for the real work we're delivering, or are we top-heavy? Scoped to the real billable verticals only (Accounting, Insurance Summarization, MRC, Lease Abstraction, Legal Services) — support functions like IT/HR/Sales aren't part of a billable-capacity ratio. For the real billable headcount, how many of each level do we actually need — computed independently at every rung straight from that base number, using the same healthy-max ratios already used on Manager Health — compared against how many we actually have. A rung is only ever flagged once the real base headcount is at least 20 people — a small or newly-formed team is never flagged just for having distorted-looking numbers.

2The Promotion Pipeline — Seniority & Department
Gender balance by seniority — the promotion pipeline
Gender balance by department
Gender balance and risk — worth investigating together
This shows where poor gender balance and a red Org Health Check heatmap result happen to land in the same department. With only a handful of departments in this file, that's not proof one causes the other — it's a real overlap worth a closer look, not a conclusion.
Department deep-dive (shared filter) — every level, gender ratio
Level is used here instead of designation — within a single department it's a consistent ladder, so you can see exactly where the leadership levels skew male or female.
3Attrition by Gender
Attrition, Male vs Female
Top exit reasons, Male vs Female
Female

Gender and attrition by BU Head
All BU Heads side by side, this year to date. Voluntary exits are split Female / Male so a BU Head where women leave more often stands out.
Which managers need attention? span of control, retention risk (people serving notice), attrition, absconding and early exits per manager, worst first. Use Department to slice. Guide → How is this rated? →

Coverage: this captures every reporting-manager relationship in the file, at every tier — first-line managers of individual contributors and skip-level managers of other managers are both included, since anyone who appears in the "Reporting Manager" field for at least one person gets counted. The three sections below split them by the manager's own level, since a large span means something different depending on seniority.
Retention risk — people serving notice right now, by manager
Manager span of control (reports per manager, grouped)
Average span by department
Senior managers — Level 5 and above — span, retention, absconding & early-tenure signals (shared filter)
Span is direct reports only, for every manager — indirect headcount (everyone under the managers who report to this person) is shown as its own separate column, since it's real and worth seeing, but it isn't what this rating is based on. A manager-of-managers gets a different threshold than a manager of individual contributors (amber above 6, red above 8 direct reports, vs. red above 10 for individual-contributor managers), since overseeing other managers is a different job — but both are rated on direct reports, never the size of the pyramid underneath. Retention Risk is forward-looking — % of this manager's current team currently Serving Notice Period, i.e. people who've already resigned but haven't left yet. Voluntary attrition is historical — people who already left, shown as a real percentage with the real count and the real year it's based on. That year is the most recent one with genuine activity for that specific manager's team, so it can differ row to row — not a typo if two managers show different years side by side.
Junior-level managers — Level 1 to 4 — span, retention, absconding & early-tenure signals
A junior-level manager carrying a large team is a different signal than a senior one — worth asking whether this is a genuine org structure choice or a data entry issue. Bringing retention and absconding in alongside span shows whether a manager's real problem is overload, retention, or both. Uses the same department filter above. Rows highlighted amber and pinned to the top of either table above are managers directly carrying individual contributors where a Team Lead layer is expected — see the "Missing Team Lead layer" tile and the Structure column.
Performance & Bonus ratings by manager — current team, each cycle separate
Average rating of each manager's current team, excluding anyone unrated. Managers with very few rated reports are flagged so a thin sample isn't mistaken for a real signal.
Who has left, and is it getting better? use Department, BU Head, Year and Month to slice, and the View dropdown for Overview, By Department, By Manager, Who Left, By BU Head, By Location or Backfill Gap. Year-over-year, manager and project tables are on the Overview. Guide →
Voluntary attrition — this year vs last year, month by month
Manager-wise voluntary exits — this year vs same period last year
Project-wise exits — by department
Monthly voluntary attrition — selected year and department
Monthly detail for the selected year — real numbers, no extrapolation
Early attrition — under 90 days of tenure at exit, same year as above
Same real mechanics as the table above — real opening/closing headcount each month, real YTD accumulation, real annualisation — but only counting exits where the person had under 90 days of tenure when they left. The same definition used everywhere else on this dashboard as "Immediate Exits." The rate is still against the whole month's average headcount, not just early-tenure joiners — this answers "what share of the whole workforce left within 90 days," not "what share of new joiners left early."
How Monthly, YTD, and Annualised attrition are calculated
Hiring demand and pipeline. use the View dropdown for Executive, Demand & Pipeline, Performance or Detailed Tables; Demand & Pipeline has its own BU Head, Department, Location, Hiring Manager and Recruiter filters. Guide →
Applies only to the "Joins" KPI card below
Monthly Hiring Demand vs. Delivery — last 6 months
Demand = positions requested that month (Req received date). Accepted = offers accepted that month (LOI Accept Date). Joined = confirmed joins that month (DOJ). A historical "Open" trend isn't shown — this data only reflects what's open right now, not what was open in any past month.
Quarterly Hiring Demand vs. Delivery — last 4 quarters
Same real, dated series as the monthly view above, bucketed by calendar quarter instead — a mid-range read that's less noisy month to month but not as flattened as a single annual figure.

New vs. Backfill
Hiring by Department
"Joined" and "Target" are all-time / current-snapshot figures. "Hiring Pace" is different on purpose — it compares demand raised and joins over just the last 6 months, so it's not skewed by requisitions that closed long ago or haven't been touched yet.
Recruitment funnel — Sourced through Joined
Real counts at each real stage, from the actual Screening/L1/L2/Final/Candidate Status fields — never inferred. Narrowing between stages is expected; the size of each drop is the actual signal.
